Meet your Instructor:

Kara Burmer MS, CNS


Kara is a nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and founder of Nutrimsa.

She has a passion for helping women ditch diets so they can live their lives fully - without food and body preoccupation.

After learning the conventional methods of nutrition counseling in graduate school, Kara set out to heal people with the power of food.

It was when she realized that just telling people what they needed to change and eat to improve their health totally neglected the mental and emotional side to food that she sought out a new approach.

After shifting her focus to Intuitive Eating and helping clients heal their relationship with food and their bodies, she has seen incredible transformations not only in the way her clients approach food but in the way they live their lives.

When food is just food again, there is so much more space to build a vibrant, full life.

Why Intuitive Eating?


Conventional nutrition advice is rooted in shame and fear - "just eat vegetables and lean protein, cut out sweets and all processed foods and you'll be healthy! It's easy! If you don't you'll definitely get a chronic disease"

How long does the course take?

This is a self-paced course so you can do it as quickly or as slowly as you want! There are over 30 videos and ten worksheets included. The videos range from 2 to 12 minutes long. You could watch them all in a row in a few hours or space it out to one principle per week over the course of three months to really integrate the information.


How long will I have access to the course?

For as long as this course is active you will have full access!


Will I get access to any future features that are added?

Do I have any 1:1 access to Kara?
